What is Geographical Indication?

Geographical Indication is a means of valuing and legally protecting a recognized region by producing a unique and special product that has a distinctive local know-how and a differentiated quality.

IG discloses the products of a certain region, protects the historical-cultural heritage, promotes quality and guarantees the reputation of the product in the market.

RESPONSIBLE CULTIVATION

Through our agrobiodiversity and our traditional way of producing cocoa - with respect to the environment and the man who depends on this culture; we aim to cultivate in our almonds the best attributes of aroma and flavor that are related to the genetics of our cacao and its interaction with our geographic origin.
