IG discloses the products of a certain region, protects the historical-cultural heritage, promotes quality and guarantees the reputation of the product in the market.


Through our agrobiodiversity and our traditional way of producing cocoa - with respect to the environment and the man who depends on this culture; we aim to cultivate in our almonds the best attributes of aroma and flavor that are related to the genetics of our cacao and its interaction with our geographic origin.
